If you are a California resident,you may ask for a list of third parties that have received your information fordirect marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. This list alsocontains the types of information shared. We provide this list at no cost. Tomake such a request, please contact us.
Daleelo Community Network may elect to share informationabout you with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketingpurposes. California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents who havesupplied personal information (as defined in the law) to us to, under certaincircumstances, request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure,if any, of personal information to third parties for their direct marketingpurposes.
If this law applies to you, you may obtain the categories ofpersonal information shared by us and the names and addresses of all thirdparties that received personal information for their direct marketing purposesfrom us during the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2018will receive information about 2015 sharing activities).
To make such a request, please provide sufficientinformation for us to determine if this applies to you, attest to the fact thatyou are a California resident and provide a current California address for ourresponse. CCPA Consumer Rights
The CCPA requires us tocommunicate information about rights California consumers have with respect totheir personal information (as defined within the CCPA). These rights includethe right to request: access to their personal information; deletion of theirpersonal information; additional details about our information practices; thecategories of personal information sold in the preceding 12 months and thecategories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold; thecategories of personal information shared within in the preceding 12 months; toopt out of the “sale” of their personal information, and to not bediscriminated against. If you would like to use an authorized agentregistered with the California Secretary of State to exercise these rights, wemay request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorneyor that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests onyour behalf. We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exerciseyour rights related to your personal information.
Do Not Track Policy & California Shine the Light?
Your browser may offer you a"Do Not Track" option, which allows you to signal to operators ofwebsites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertisingservices) that you do not want your online activities tracked over time andacross different websites. Our Services do not support Do Not Track requests atthis time, which means that we collect information about your online activityboth while you are using the Services and after you leave our Services.
Your California Privacy Rights CCPA
California law permitsusers/consumers who are California residents to request and obtain from us oncea year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosedtheir personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in theprior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed tothose parties. Daleelo Community Network does not share your personalinformation with third parties for their marketing purposes without yourconsent.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy wehave taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the CaliforniaOnline Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personalinformation to outside parties without your consent.
CCPA-defined categories
In the preceding 12 months, wehave collected the following CCPA-defined categories of personalinformation:
- Identifiers such as a real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, and account name;
